We aim to provide the best experience at FuOnXen. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once processing begins, cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds
Refunds are granted only if:
✅ The product received is damaged or defective
✅ An incorrect product is delivered
✅ The order is lost in transit
❌ Customized 3D models and made-to-order items are non-refundable - Refund Process
- Email refund requests to support@fuonxen.com with order details and proof (photo/video).
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
